Shipping Policy

RBN Journals are fulfilled by Kindle Direct Publishing and Amazon.com.

​

  • "In-Stock"  are products that are available for immediate delivery. In-stock items will be shipped in accordance with the listing on Amazon.com.

  • Items marked as "Pre-Order" are available for advance purchase, but are not available for immediate shipment due to either being in pre-production or on back order.  Pre-order items will not be shipped until in stock and therefore may have a different or later ship/delivery date from items marked "Available Now".  Items will be shipped in accordance with the listing on Amazon.com as each item becomes available.  Once item is in stock and has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number.

Return & Exchange Policy

RBN Journals are fulfilled by Amazon.com and adhere to the Amazon.com return policy.  This excludes RBN custom orders. 

 

Non-custom items can be returned in the original condition for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt. There are no refunds on custom work.
